A night to remember for Mercedes-Benz annual awards

Proud is an understatement for this piece of work. We spent more than nine months preparing for the Mercedes-Benz Dealer of the Year Awards and it was an experience like no other at Crown Casino‘s Palladium Rooms.

Our 700 guests arrived via an elegant black carpet entrance, graced with top of the line Mercedes-Benz vehicles. They were welcomed with darling cocktails and had their photos taken in front of a branded media wall.

Featured inside the pre dinner area is a champagne bar, dressed with weeping florals, adorned by an impressive chandelier that is lit to perfection. Aerial Angels perform above a quartet band, flanked by contemporary jazz dancers.

Once guests moved into the main ballroom, the area was quickly turned over for a more casual staff party, which was run concurrently with live video from the ballroom shown on screens.

81 awards were presented throughout the evening, which was hosted by Edwina Bartholomew and Karl Stefanovic. Guests enjoyed an exclusive menu designed by celebrity chef Shane Delia and treated to a performance by Jersey Boys’, Simon McLachlan who was accompanied by a big swing band. An exclusive reveal of an upcoming car release was the icing on the cake.

The Palladium ballroom featured a city scape projection installation which covered the entire southern wall of the venue. The table styling complemented the skyline feature, incorporating beautiful florals and candles decorated in glass and metallic votifs, finished off with elegant black linen.

At the conclusion of the formalities, Top Dog Entertainment kicked off the after party with many guests dancing into the early hours of the morning.
