Charity golf day raises $12,000 for Global Village Housing in Cambodia

The Tempo Group are a luxury  building company located on the Mornington Peninsula. As big believers in getting involved in community local and afar, we knew we could have a lot of fun with this day.

It was an early start and bags were ushered to Moonah Links carts while 100 guests enjoyed breakfast and coffee (& maybe a Bloody Mary..!) during registration. Course briefings commenced soon after and from the comfort of the team carts, our guests were marshalled out to their holes for a shot gun start.

The open course was dotted with marquees serving everything from tropical cocktails and pizza, to local ciders and sliders. Live music filtered across the course as guests traversed the challenges of this notorious track.

As each team started to filter in from the course, live music continued in the event marquee where lunch was enjoyed alongside charity auctions and on course prizes.

It was hugely successful day, raising over $12,000 for Global Village Housing, and providing an amazing experience to all involved.
