Making noise at the 2025 Brisbane Truck Show was the goal — and SAF Holland certainly achieved that with an unforgettable corporate cocktail event and an International DJ. They set out to bring together clients, partners and industry professionals in an unforgettable setting that encouraged networking, conversation and brand connection.

The evening was held at Fiume Rooftop Bar, at Crystalbrook Vincent, offering spectacular views under Brisbane’s iconic Story Bridge. The stylish rooftop venue, paired with custom entertainment and themed decor, created a memorable experience for all 200 guests.

Event Highlights

International Entertainment

The event featured international DJ Lady Violet, who also played at the SAF Holland stand at the Truck Show. Her live rooftop set added excitement and continuity to the brand’s presence throughout the week.

Unique Live Performers

Guests were welcomed by two fire performers, creating a high-impact arrival moment. Later in the evening, these artists delivered a custom LED hoop show featuring the SAF Holland logo. This performance blended branding with entertainment in a visually stunning way.

Theming & Visual Styling

We tailored branded signage for the venue, audio-visual elements and styling that was gently inspired by a futuristic Cirque du Soleil theme. These touches added a sophisticated and creative feel to the event environment.

Food and Beverage

The catering experience was designed to be interactive, approachable and delicious.

• We started off the evening with grazing stations with cheeses, fresh fruits, marinated vegetables, crusty baguettes, antipasto and cured meats
• Following this was roaming canapés, from bite-sized tuna ceviche and croquettes to more filling sliders and fish tacos
• Finishing up with an interactive live dessert station featuring made-to-order crepes and assorted mini desserts

The menu supported relaxed networking while offering finest quality.

After Party

The celebration continued at Mr Percival’s, a nearby riverside venue also within the Howard Smith Wharves precinct. Guests enjoyed late-night pizzas and drinks in a more casual setting, allowing for further conversation and connection post-event.
