HODGES REAL ESTATE // Mordialloc By The Bay
RUSH events were approached by Hodges Real Estate for brand activation purposes; to create a local market database, by providing an engaging activity that promotes the brand in a fun and entertaining light. We provided an opportunity for staff to interact with the local community at the Mordialloc By The Bay festival and distributed an additional 10,000 copies of the Hodges lifestyle magazine.
A marquee installation provided the stage setting for festival attendees to pose as though they had just sold/bought their home at auction. Images were immediately uploaded onto a Hodges Lifestyle Magazine template, which was then printed and adhered to the front cover of the current magazine issue. Participants were able to take their personalised magazine with them and in return their details were entered into the draw for a cash prize. By entering the draw, and agreeing to the terms and conditions, participants were added to the Hodges marketing database. The inside area of marquee was dressed as a Hodges office with real estate listings, corporate branding and office colours. Click below to see a photo montage of entries.
Over 60,000 people attended the Mordialloc by the Bay Festival over two days, of which 3000 new subscriptions where captured for the Hodges Real Estate marketing database. An additional 10,000 copies of the Hodges Lifestyle magazine were distributed and the activity received great social media coverage.
